It's interesting how only the sky and water are colorful. You'd think that the hills and building would be lit up as well, but they're not. It creates a kind of cool effect. So nice job.
I like the landscape in the painting; it's very original. Once again, the color you chose are amazing! I like how the sky is green and orange. The only thing that I would suggest to give it a more "Van Gogh" feel would be to add a few more short brush strokes on the mountains.
I like this painting, especially the sky and water. The pastel colors make me think of a sunset.
